FlySpeed SQL Query 4.10 improves support of joins.

We're glad to announce the new version 4.10 of FlySpeed SQL Query.

MS SQL Server, Oracle: Support for CROSS APPLY and OUTER APPLY is made.
Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Snowflake: Support for NATURAL and LATERAL joins is added.
Oracle: Queries with PIVOT and UNPIVOT clauses are parsed fine now.
PostgreSQL: Support for Only, Materialized and not Materialized CTE hints is added.
