FlySpeed SQL Query 2.7.7.0 changelog

Below is the list of bugfixes and improvements in FlySpeed SQL Query 2.7.7.0.

+ Oracle: Global pipelined functions can be added from the database objects tree 
  to visual query builder.
- More reliable object prefix skipping and names fixup in derived tables.
- Fixed bug with duplicating query node when saving a query to connection
  with existing name.
- Showing results grid for non-select queries returning a dataset is made.
+ New option to show/hide visual query builder by default is made.
- Export to Excel: BCD and FmtBCD values export is fixed now.
