FlySpeed SQL Query 2.9.6.4 changelog

Below is the list of bugfixes and improvements in FlySpeed SQL Query 2.9.6.4.

+ Command Timeout setting is added to Oracle, Firebird, InterBase, SQLite and
  ODBC connection types. It can be found at the Advanced tab of Connection 
  Proerties dialog.
- The error on downloading updates is fixed.
- The "ORA-02248: invalid option for ALTER SESSION" error is fixed.
