FlySpeed SQL Query 2.9.4.13 changelog

Below is the list of bugfixes and improvements in FlySpeed SQL Query 2.9.4.13.

- Stored password for MS SQL Server was applied incorrectly in case of using 
  SQL Native Client connection. Fixed now.
- The bug with occasional changing of loaded queries is fixed.
