Step 5. Fields to export data

This step allows you to set various export objects options.

 

File name

Specifies the result file name.

 

Delete file if exists

Check this option to delete existing file with the same name. Otherwise, data export will fail on finding a file with the same name.

 

Filter

Defines filter condition applied to exported data in a form of SQL. Visual Data Filter Builder dialog can be opened on clicking the Ellipsis button.

 

Sorting

Defines sorting applied to exported data in a form of SQL. Visual Data Sorting Builder dialog can be opened on clicking the Ellipsis button.

 

Fields to export

Select object fields to export data from.
